Individual Coaching Sessions

Open to those who have taken CoResolve or another introductory Deep Democracy course.

Designed to hone and embed the theory and practice of Deep Democracy so that it becomes natural in your leadership, coaching will develop your technical skills and foster the self-awareness and personal growth needed for mastery. Coaches use the Deep Democracy tools as their core coaching methodology, thus reinforcing the tools.

Individual Coaching consist of personalized feedback and support on your learning. The Deep Democracy coaching method, will reinforce the tools and help you get unstuck and rapidly accelerate your capacity. In most cases you will meet with your coach over Skype or other online technologies.
