CORESOLVE: Boston, October 17 & 18, 2019
CoResolve is a 2 day course for managers and leaders who find themselves working with interpersonal, team and client dynamics. Based on the underpinnings of the Lewis Method of Deep Democracy, this specialized course covers the theory and practice of managing up, managing down and managing across within complex organizations. CoResolve training increases leaders’ capacity to succeed in turbulent times by offering practical tools for working with differences in a group and turning destructive conflict into creative tension. It is a highly experiential course and applicable to both experienced and emerging leaders
What you will learn in this CoResolve course:
- A coherent understanding of how conflict emerges and strategies for preventing conflict escalation
- A simple 4-step approach to facilitation productive discussions and avoiding common pitfalls in group communication
- A step-by-step approach to dealing with a polarized issue one-on-one with a colleague, client, or partner
- An alternative decision-making mechanism for groups and individuals that is more efficient than a vote and less time-consuming than consensus building

Fee:The cost for the workshop will be $850, including access to the CoResolve website and library of materials. Your registration fee includes a nonrefundable $75 fee.
Cancellation policy is as follows:Cancellations prior to September 17th will receive a full refund, minus the nonrefundable $75 registration fee. Any cancellations between September 17th and October 2nd will receive a 50% refund, minus the nonrefundable $75 registration fee. Any cancellations after October 2nd are nonrefundable
